The Faculty of Engineering at Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) invites applications from highly qualified and distinguished candidates for full-time Assistant Professor and Associate Professor positions for the academic year 2026–2027 in the following areas of specialization:

- Cybersecurity

Position Responsibilities:
The appointed candidates will be expected to:
- Deliver high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in their areas of expertise.
- Develop and update course materials in alignment with international academic and accreditation standards.
- Supervise graduation projects, postgraduate theses, and student research activities.
- Provide academic advising and mentorship to students.
- Conduct impactful scientific research and maintain an active publication record in internationally recognized peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
- Pursue research grants, funding opportunities, and collaborative research initiatives.
- Participate actively in departmental, faculty, and university committees and contribute to institutional development initiatives.
- Support quality assurance, accreditation, and continuous improvement processes within the faculty.
- Contribute to extracurricular academic activities, including student competitions, innovation challenges, and hackathons.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Applicants should meet the following criteria:
- Ph.D. degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline with specialization in Artificial Intelligence or Cybersecurity from a reputable institution ranked among the top 500 universities worldwide.
- Minimum of five (5) years of university-level teaching experience with demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development.
- Strong research background supported by publications in high-impact, peer-reviewed journals and internationally recognized conferences.
- Experience working within a NAQAAE-accredited institution, including documented involvement in accreditation and quality assurance activities.
- Familiarity with ABET accreditation standards and processes; prior experience in an ABET-accredited institution is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in supervising and mentoring students in technical competitions, hackathons, or innovation-related activities.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
