Youssef Shamel wins second medal in a row!

We are proud to celebrate the outstanding achievement of Youssef Shamel, a talented fencing champion and student at the Faculty of Computing and Information Sciences, who secured second place and the silver medal in the Egypt Cup 1 Épée Open Championship for Men, held at the Sports City in the New Administrative Capital.

Competing among 117 of Egypt’s top fencers, Youssef demonstrated remarkable skill, determination, and sportsmanship throughout the championship.

This impressive accomplishment marks his second consecutive medal, following his gold medal victory just a few days earlier, a testament to his consistency, focus, and growing excellence in the sport.
