Senior Receivable Accountant – FT - Accounting and Finance Department.
The Accounting and Finance department at Egypt University of Informatics (EUI), located at the New Administrative Capital (NAC), is looking for qualified candidates to fill the Senior Receivable Accountant vacancy as full-time employment.
Job Requirements:
- Review journal entries, Bank Transactions, and related grants entries prepared by A/R junior accountant.
- Generate random A/R needed reports and participate in forecasting as well.
- Communicate with the Students Affairs Department for the closing and reconciliation
- Follow unpaid dues with students on decent and accurate dates to maintain due dates, deadlines, and cash flow in coordination with the finance manager.
- Close all the related accounts and update the account chart in the related area in coordination with the Section Head.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting major.
- 6 to 8 Years of experience in the accounts receivable field (Higher Education field is a plus)
- Knowledge in other accounting fields (Payable, Budget, Taxing receipts, governmental gate منظومة الايصال الالكتروني, Chart of accounts and trial balance, Banks & Etc.)
- Thorough knowledge of accounting procedures.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Hands-on experience with accounting software packages and ERP systems. (Odoo is a plus)
- Accuracy and attention to detail
