Celebrating Top 5 Student Teams at EUI Fintech Tank Competition

Five student teams from the Faculties of Computing and Information Sciences and Business Informatics at Egypt University of Informatics (EUI) achieved top rankings in the recent EUI Fintech Tank startup competition. From the Faculty of Business Informatics, teams Circle and Elha2 stood out with their innovative fintech solutions, while Grow Link, Tameny, and Smart Vest from the Faculty of Computing and Information Sciences impressed the judges with their creative and technically sound projects.

The university extends special thanks to the distinguished panel of experts who supported the competition and provided valuable guidance to the student teams. These include Dr. Shehab Marzban, Managing Partner at Camel Ventures; Eng. Malek Fawaz, former Advisor to the Prime Minister for Digital Transformation and current CTO of Al Sharkeya Sugar Manufacturing (ASSM); Mrs. Sherine Kabesh, Co-founder of Flash; and Mr. Aly Ayman, Senior Ventures Analyst at Plug and Play Tech Center. Their insights and mentorship greatly contributed to the success of the event and the growth of EUI’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
